Hear What Others Have To Say
One of the best self-help books I’ve read
Finally read “Let Them”, why I kept putting off is beyond me. Have been following Mel Robbins on FB for quite sometime, fell in love with her inspiring words. As soon as she came out with this book, I immediately bought it.
Best purchase I’ve bought for myself in a long time. “Aha” moment on every single page, insightful and thrilling experience, the material is highly engaging, deeply challenges your perspective, and connects the dots in a way that just makes sense.
Lindsey Powers note; “So simple, yet revolutionary. I can't stop thinking about the two words that Mel Robbins shows us will change our lives”. So true.
Magnificent, powerful read. Wish was written 45 years ago. Everyone needs this book!!
Great Book
I really enjoyed reading “Let Them”. It’s an easy read with a simple message that sticks with you: you can’t control other people, only how you respond. It helped me look at things differently and worry less about what others think or do. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a book that’s encouraging without being complicated.
Worthwhile, hopeful, too simplistic
I enjoyed this book. It made great points. The idea that we are in charge of our own lives is hopeful, and something everyone should be reminded of. However, there is A LOT between the spark that jump starts you and success. It is just not that easy. And how about the people who do not know what they want? That’s a whole other book. So yeah, worth reading but not the full answer.
Let Them read this book!
Great insights on how to get the most out of your relationships with people and how to navigate difficult situations in life by being honest with yourself and others. Very helpful tool, thanks Mel!!!
Self-help that feels doable!!
I’ve read a lot of personal development books, but this one really stood out. What I appreciated most was how Mel Robbins shares her own stories and experiences so openly. Instead of feeling like a lecture, it feels like advice from someone who has actually lived through the challenges she’s talking about.
The “Let Them” theory is incredibly simple, but that’s exactly what makes it so powerful. It’s easy to understand and even easier to apply to everyday situations with family, friends, work, and relationships. I found myself thinking about the concept long after I finished listening.
In fact, I listened to the audiobook three times before deciding to buy a physical copy so I could highlight passages and make notes. This book has helped me shift my perspective, let go of things I can’t control, and focus more on my own peace and happiness.
If you’re looking for practical advice that you can start using immediately, this book is well worth your time.

LET THEM will help LET YOU live better
Let Them will help Let YOU live better. When we start living our lives for ourselves and stop worrying about other people, we will start to be more HAPPY. Don't let the unimportant things and people in life determine the happiness we can live for and enjoy. Unhappiness is something we sometimes unconsciously choose . . . simply because we just don't know any better.
Learning to "Let Them" will let you live better.

Grandioses Buch
Mel Robbin’s Geschichte ist super inspirierend und ich freue mich dieses Buch bald zu beenden und bin aber jetzt schon restlos begeistert davon!
Empowering Concept, Practical—but a Bit Repetitive
The Let Them Theory offers a simple but powerful mindset shift: stop expending energy trying to control or manage other people’s opinions and behaviors, and instead focus on what you can control—your reactions, goals, and priorities.
I appreciated the core message—“Let Them” paired with “Let Me”—which helps you let go of stress about others while reclaiming your own energy. It’s a refreshing reminder if you tend to people-please or give too much weight to what others think. The book is filled with clear examples, real-life stories, and practical reflection points, which make the theory easier to internalize.
That said, the content can feel repetitive at times—many chapters circle back to the same point, so you might feel like you’ve read the key idea after the first few sections. A few readers online even joked you could fit the concept on a sticky note! But if repetition helps reinforce mindset changes for you, this style might actually be a strength.
Overall, this book is a solid choice if you’re new to personal-development books or want a motivational boost to focus more on your life and less on others’ expectations. If you’re very familiar with self-help concepts already, you might find the insights familiar—but many readers still find value in the gentle reminders and practical applications

Easy read and sensible solutions
The most sensible and understandable mind set reaffirming book ai have ever read! Even recommended it to my doctor. It helped me change my mind set and a couple of self condeming thoughts I have had the majority all Of my life.
It will revolutionize how you think of weakened humanity. Get your LIFE back on TRACK!!!
WIsh I had this book to read, when I was in high school. This lady has taken common sense to another level. I found her podcast on Spotify by accident, and she was interviewing Chrissy Teigen concerning the thing that she wrote about in the book with the green dust jacket(Mel Robbins). I am a hypersensitive person who used to get annoyed at being called things about my race, and my brachycephaly(Google it). But now through reading this book and applying my faith in G-d I am learning to ignore what people say. (They are just saying it to deliberately get a rise in me). This method takes getting used to, and it's important not to give people power over you by reacting to them calling me a "Ch-nese Guy". I was getting bullied in middle school, on a bus loaded with hostile blacks - and my life wasn't any easier when some black kid with a Latina mother would call me a racial slur. Thank you Mel Robbins.
Game changer
I Like the tools given by Mel to help you navigate the let them theory. It is a true communication I eye opener.
Great read!
This was a great read! A good reminder to everyone to let go of what others do or think, and focus on what really matters.
